Our return policy follows the Sunnah, reflecting fairness and honesty in every transaction. If you are not satisfied with a perfume you purchased from us, we accept returns in accordance with the guidelines below.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

We accept return and exchange requests within 15 days of purchase, provided that:

  • The perfume bottle has at least 90% of the product remaining.
  • The item is a 10ML roll-on or a 50ML or 100ML perfume bottle.
  • The product is returned in its original packaging and condition, free from any damage caused by mishandling.
  • You provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Refund and Processing Time

Once your return or exchange request is received and approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 working days after we receive and inspect the product.
  • Exchanges will be processed promptly, subject to product availability.

Please note that initial shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Non-Eligible Items

Returns or exchanges are not applicable to:

  • Perfume bottles with less than 90% of the product remaining.
  • Products other than 10ML roll-ons and 50ML or 100ML perfume bottles.
  • Items damaged due to improper handling or storage after delivery.
  • Clearance or promotional sale items, unless they arrived faulty or incorrect.

How to Request a Refund or Exchange

  • Contact our customer support team at support@scentsandsensations.com within 15 days of purchase.
  • Fill out the Return/Exchange Request Form provided by our team to facilitate a smooth process.
  • Include your order number, reason for return, and if necessary, photographic evidence (for defective or damaged products).
